This project at 15 Eyebright Close involved the full transformation of an existing garden patio, replacing worn and uneven mixed-tone concrete slabs with a clean and modern paved surface. The original flooring showed signs of age, inconsistent alignment, and surface wear, so it was carefully removed and the ground was properly prepared with a new, level sub-base to ensure stability and effective drainage. New large-format paving slabs were then installed with precise alignment and consistent joint spacing, resulting in a neater, more cohesive finish. The completed works have significantly enhanced both the functionality and visual appeal of the outdoor space, creating a brighter, more contemporary patio area suitable for everyday use and relaxation.
